書的文化工作室。 書文化的演進相關之參觀活動、預約導覽、課程研習、製作體驗。從早甲骨文字開始至竹簡、捲軸、紙材的演變、幀裝方法的演進、中西方製紙文化與歷史，從無到有，由林長慶一手復刻，從歷史開始，親手繪製了書的歷史演化表、更從造紙開始，複製了製紙機，莎草卷、羊皮卷到鮮為人知的腰帶書; 從印刷至幀裝，谷登堡印刷原理、縫綴線至手抄聖經的文化地位...，猶如書的文化博物館，將歷史重現於眼前

書的文化與書的演進故事中，紙與印刷術的結合，產生了各式各樣的「書與美」。將書頁打孔穿線裝訂是線裝書的主要特徵，外表古樸、儒雅的意境，成為一種中國文化價值符號，煥發著東方古典文明的雅緻與風骨，是東方傳統書籍美的典範。

這個夏日，走進樂埔町，讓愛書人 林長慶老師於藏書築夢間分享東方「書文化」之美，以手作的溫度縫綴起自己的書香，並想像紙書時代的榮景。
