Green Camp is located at Green School Bali, one of the greenest and most innovative campuses in the world. Set in this beautiful location, we offer programs for children, families, school groups, and corporations with a range of fun activities that challenge campers physically, intellectually and emotionally

Our “wall-less” campus is surrounded by educational gardens, shaded outdoor learning areas, a workshop space made entirely out of bamboos and an outdoor field. Full immersion in nature, with blurred lines between indoor and outdoor spaces, allows campers to fully experience their place in the natural world’s rich biodiversity. We believe that the diversity of cultures in our communities should be deeply respected and understood. Youth Bamboo Design And Building Camp which we will immerse ourselves in all things bamboo. Learning from our expert facilitators how to build and design with one of the most sustainable, dynamic, and beautiful materials, bamboo. Activities include: learning about sustainability and respect for nature, building bamboo rafts and floating down the river, designing and building bamboo structures and learning about Green School and Green Camp’s bamboo building design process, and even cooking and eating bamboo.

Bring your 4-6-year-olds to Green Camp for a fun, interactive, stimulating and safe learning environment to immerse them in nature! We have taken some of our most popular activities and modified them slightly so that they are more suitable for a younger audience. Some of these activities are: Chocolate Making, Natural Dyes, Coconut Creation, Shadow Puppets and Recycle Arts.

Currently the coolest place on the planet for a free-range education. It’s a bit like being at boarding school, except the weather is sultry, the food is fantastically healthy, the teachers are the loveliest bunch of enthusiastic young Balinese and classes are all about making connections and having fun. That might mean shimmying up a coconut tree (with a harness), embarking on a night safari to spot chameleons, or building a raft from scratch as a family and then taking it down to the river for a float.

Green School Bali’s aim is to help children learn by doing, carry out meaningful student discussions, experience daily growth as a whole person and feel the joy of being part of a vibrant community of learners. Students here will learn traditional subjects like mathematics, science and language put in the context of real-life situations, with a curriculum built using the United Nations' sustainable development goals as a guide. Also, less traditional subjects will include river ecology, rice cultivation.

Green Village is a community of bespoke luxury bamboo homes along the Ayung River Valley of Bali. Each luxury villa and house is constructed almost entirely from bamboo, custom-designed by the IBUKU architectural team and built by hand. The homes are designed from sustainable materials and built in ways that are in integrity with nature. Located between the arts community of Ubud and the beaches of the southern coast, and within walking distance of Green School.
