The most unique and ancient Mexican healing ritual. Temazcal is a traditional Mayan ceremony that has been used for centuries to cleanse the body, mind, and spirit. The treatment include reduced anxiety and stress, improved circulation, and increased energy. During the experience, which is led by a shaman, guests relax inside a traditional mud hut that has been heated with volcanic stones. The rocks are sprinkled with plant waters to create steam. A ceremony with music and prayer follows.
